Posology and method of administration
FEMALE:
Anovulatory infertility
: 5,000 I.U. or 10,000 I.U. given 24 - 48 hrs.
Superovulation
: 10,000 IU of Choriotec is given in one single injection.
Corpus luteum Insufficiency
: Up to 5000 I.U administered on the 5th day after ovulation and the same dose again on 9th day.
Habitual abortion / Threatened abortion
: Initial dose : 10,000 I.U.
Maintenance dose: 5000 I.U. twice weekly until (including) the 14th week of gestation.
