Posology and method of administration
50 mg/m2/Cycle on day 1.Should be administered intravenously at a dose of 20 mg/m2.
Bortezomib is administered at a dose of 1.3 mg/m2 as intravenous bolus on days 1, 4, 8 and 11, every three weeks. LPD 30 mg/m2 should be administered as a 1-hr intravenous infusion on day 4 following bortezomib.
